Reminds me of a simple spring wedding and the silly feeling of victory after catching the bouquet. Done with Faber Castell Watercolor Pencils and brush.
My first page that I’ve altered. This one reads: “The Stomach Attempted to Reach the Brain.” The background is watercolor with some shaved chalk thrown in as the watercolor was dry to give it a kind of sandpaper look. the bird is just straight ink drawing colored in with some markers.
