This is a wall ornament that I received from the owner of the home we rented in Kyoto. Of course I had to paint it right away, I was so delighted! He makes me smile every day!

As some of you may know, sake is not aged. Our dear friends gave us this precious gift of 20 year old sake and we saved a special evening to enjoy it. But alas, it was undrinkable!
