It’s been quite a while since my last contribution here but there’s just been a lot of stuff happening in my life. The positive parts: I’ve got my own studio now. I’ve re-discovered my love for working with an airbrush. This little piece is in a moleskine sketch pocket. Trident Airbrush Colours (acrylics) and coloured pencils…and a dash of pigma micron..
Sketching lillies in the garden (the few ones that the scarlet lillie beetles didn’t kill!). Preliminary sketches for watercolour work. Moleskine large sketch and Faber Castell 9000 pencils. I still think that the FC9000 is THE pencil and I buy 2B and 4B by the box but today I ordered a box of blackwing 602′s just to see what the fuss is all about.
Show me those teeth! Faber Castell 9000 2B in large cahier. Really really impressed with the FC9000.
Watched a tv program about jazz and gospel and this one came out. Not strictly Moleskine. Just an ordinary piece of cheap paper and a black Biro.

One of those drawings that somehow just emerges from the paper. Not sure why and how but I’m not complaining.

Artline .1+ .5 liners in pocket moleskine sketch. I tend to use Artline as it’s virtually impossible to get Pigma Micron around here unless you wanna pay an arm and a leg for them…yep, I’m cheap!!:-D
