Woman Clad in Denim and Cream Headscarf (Friday, 7-2-10)
On the way back on the G from checking out a possible show space on Schermerhorn street. Little kid with a mohawk dazzled by my skills.
My dream came true. I got Falcon.
What a cool day. I showed couple of my drawings in Moleskine to a guy, I was buying my pen from, because inside, my soul was dancing and I wanted to hug everybody. He really liked it, showed it to the other man, and than gave me a present, really nice italian black ink, which usually comes with $2000 fountain pens, Italiane Vetrerie Foresta. I felt like a kid, who skipped class and discovered the Universe. I keep it a secret.
Here I sketched people on Subway in Pieni ball pen.
Hot muggy morning , hit the prospect ave r station after dropping car off again at the mechanic. The humidity did wonders for some people on the platforms style.
9:02.Sleeper sleeping in the Paris subway. Most people get bored, listen to music or read the news. I sketch sleepers. Every morning.
I stroke my moleskine with a black pen and i use a pretty cool brush with a watertank to make shadows a bit less hard.

My solid subject for the rest of that ride fading between levels of consciousness, wood paneling makes for evening sleepiness. R train to Union Street, 6-10-10.
Man with Turban on the F with a Little Kramer Sneaking In (Wednesday, 6-9-10)
He was reminiscent of a heavy set Conan O’Brien although a bit paler in the hair. His big brown and white jacket with the red stripe seemed to go on forever. I liked it though, it was fun- like color by numbers on the R back to BK.
