The Rising Storm
The inside cover of my newest sketchbook.
It’s been months since I had time or energy to do any mixed media work in my sketchbook. Recently, I had a chance to get back to it and it felt great to be creating art again.
Work in progress.
The Big Bang Theory part 3, continuing from the last image. This is what the audience seating area look like when watching the live taping of the set. The seats were pinned down and sits right next to each other with no spaces and gaps in between that you can have a bit room to move freely.. It was very cramp, especially people who have wide shoulders (like mine) and sitting in one spot for about 2 to 3 hours. Luckily I get to sit at the end, so about half of my bottom were off of my seat so I can move around a bit. I wish they would make some adjustment and give each seat some room in a tiny audience bleachers, the walkway have more room than the seatings!
Oh and on the next page is the autographs from the cast and crew members, Kaley Couco (who play as Penny), Kunal Nayyar (Rajesh Koothrappali), Chuck Lorre (the creator of the show), and Kevin Sussman with the smily face (Stuart Bloom, Comic book store owner).
The Big Bang Theory part 2, my second visit to see the taping of the show at the Warner Bros. Studio in Burbank, CA back in January 2013.
2 squirrels kept popping up out of the ground in front of me while I sketched the lake. They stayed still for such a long time it was easy to sketch them. Lydia vElarde, pencil in a Moleskine sketchbook
