  I use my Moleskine mainly for doing logo design sketches, but every-so-often when I had a little time to spare, I drew this piece on one squared-page. I named it “State of Mind”, which can be seen in the top right.

  The whole thing is loosely based on whatever I was thinking when I added an element to it. Overall, I worked on it (with a ball-point pen) over the course of 3 months.

  It is 2 sketches here. First I sit near the fire and drew tea boxes, than, after trying this amazing liqueur, my friend brought from France, I sketched it on the top of the tea box, and the level of liqueur in this double bottle got lower and lower… Watercolor and ink in Holbein sketchbook.

  Colgate Lake. Went to the lake, drew from the car. Watercolor and pen in small Holbein sketchbook. Walk there with Pig, it was so cold that my ears froze and almost fell off.

  Boo Asleep In Clean Laundry

  One of the cats loves to sleep in clean laundry and I can barely finish getting it ready to fold before she’s nestled herself in it. This did give me the opportunity to make a quick sketch, though.

  Doesn’t scan properly, I am at the end of sketchbook. I am getting familiar with Blackwing pencil. I got really good long point sharpener Palomino Kum, it is unbelievable, how well it works. So sketch is a little messy, I felt bad to waste a page, stuffed with few layers.
