  …”moonface” emerged late last night. It is ink and prismacolor pencil. Another image that was rendered from reading song lyrics from a friend. The song is titled, “It’s Only Time”.

  Steph’s Space

  I like giving my sketchbooks titles, but I like to let the title happen somewhere along the way. In this case, I was messing around with my new prismacolor colored pencils and the pocket inside the back cover and ended up with a name for this one (and just a few pages before it’s full, too).

  Full Crystal

  I couldn’t resist a little digital manipulation in order to complete the water crystal/snowflake pattern posted yesterday. With the whole thing put together, I can almost see it dancing in a soft winter wind, drifting toward a branch or blade of grass, waiting to catch it.

  Crystal II

  This one popped up from one of the stages of the a snowflake I was drawing. I wanted to try a pattern that didn’t quite survive in the snowflake. This was the result, although I wish I’d paid a little more attention to where I started it on the page so there was a complete pattern.
