Faithfull old Roberts radio that sits on our kitchen table.
It has a lovely sound being made of wood and not plastic.Its seen some action over the years hence the missing carrying strap!
This is an attempt at the Tomlinson style hope Joe does not mind.
Using Pitt pens and Letraset manga markers for the red,I did not think they would go through but they did and onto the next page as well! So be careful folks if you use these. -

Inspired by small part of a painting by John Mortimer [1740-1779].The original is called “Carrion crows hovering over a skeleton.” It struck me as a bizzare subject for the times! My rendition has a “Pirates of the Carribean ” or even a 1930s book illustration feel.For a skeleton he looks very relaxed leaning against his breakwater.
