  Sketches in the hospital and on the train back. I spent a day in the hospital with my friend, who undergo very serious operation. I am happy it went well and better than expected and I will have my friend back in better health. I used different pencils: Blackwing 602, Durer, Faber-Castell, Pitt oil. I even took sharpener with me. Here is half of the pages I sketched that day.

  City from the car window. Ink in Moleskine and few Eberhard Faber “Paint with Pencils” pencils from 1950 (I believe). I got to investigate for sure how old this set is. Pencils a bit scratchy, but so adorable.

  Art stuff. Here some of my vintage pencils, old marble pen/pencil combo (still don’t know how to fill it up with ink), my mom’s letter knife, white pen, little box with hinged lid for eraser, sharpener and extra leads for old pencils, Blackwing, Rosetta 5’6, water brush, Autopoint, Mordan with pretty hard lead, some of my Moleskines over photo book of my works on walls. On the left photo of this quick murals (more then 10 feet tall each, ceiling is 26 feet) used scaffold here.
