This is a pen and watercolour peice I did in my newest Moleskine - no real significance as to why, just really felt like doing a watercolour peice, and I have been wanting to draw her for a really long time. I used water colour pencils for the reds, blacks and greys, and then added water to the ink of my pen to get the blues and purple.

Young Night Owl in ink. This young owl was found dead by the road by one of my friends, probably hit by a car. He had it stuffed and mounted on a piece of wood, and the owl looks so life-like I kept expecting it to blink and turn its head while I was drawing.

Story: Moscow tube (”metro”) full of Spartak (famous russian soccer team) fans, drinking beer and shouting out loud slogans.
Medium: Moleskine, penсil, rubber, gel ballpoint pen Pilot G-1.
Technique: drawing pencil sketch, pixeling the sketch by gel pen, removing pencil via rubber.
