I was at a local Las Vegas’ casino outside of the Strip, called Texas Station Casino. While waiting for my mother finish playing her machine, I decided to do a watercolour sketch of the video slots nearby…

Well, I highly wouldn’t encourage you to be here.. But, I don’t have much choice for this kind of theme..
Vegas Style- At least this is an opportunity to do some sketching on people playing the slots.. I’m sure you don’t get this very often unless if you visit the few major gambling hubs like Biloxi/Gulfport, Mississippi; Atlantic City, New Jersey; Reno, Nevada; New Orleans, Louisiana; and Las Vegas, Nevada…
Other than that… It is very lifeless living here when you are a local.. There is no culture, no art inspirations, no museums. Its a big brown desert wasteland with dull-looking mountains and just right in the middle of nowhere, while the better cities (Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, San Diego, Phoenix, and San Francisco) nearby are 5-8 hours drive. Oh, it just depressing while there are no greens and lovely trees you could try sketching/painting…
Alright, I’ll stop rambling on… lol I’m sure you will get the point..
