On a road trip with friends I found some time to doodle with ball-point pen and then fill in some background with my microns.

Playing with transforming patterns, positive to negative. After I finished the two spheres it just felt right to add some ribbons & bowes. Not sure about the warm greys I used on the ribbons though, as the marker was absorbed too quickly by the Moleskine paper and went a bit too stripy for my taste.

Looks like Porsche Carrera on Brooklyn’s street. Reminds me hybrid of car and airplane. Something superheroes drive in attempt to save the world, drove off the comic book. I used ink and Kuretake H20 on watercolor paper ripped from big sketchbook.

I was rushing home but couldn’t resist the beauty of this gorgeous car on Brooklyn’s street. Finished at home. Used 2 inks and few Kuretake pens, added Sharpie highlighter for the sign. I never drove such a beauty.
