Grapes. I saw a similar painting online and immediately wanted to do my own version. I tried to find the original artist’s information to give him/her credit but I didn’t have any luck. Anyway this was great fun to paint and I’m pleased with the result. Watercolor in WC moleskine.

Oranges and Kiwis. I like Cézannes still lifes with fruit (as well as all his other work!). Here’s an attempt of catching fruit in watercolour myself. I find it hard to catch the impression of an orange (well ok, it’s orange … but getting the structure of the surface so it doesn’t just look like a peach or an apple …).
