Remembering Aidan
Aidan died February 26, 2011; today (February 26, 2012, day of submission) is the first anniversary. This is a collage page (built around ‘Comfort’ by artist Jessica Galbreth and the border pieces are cut from ‘Cathedrals of the Forest’ by artist Stephanie Pui-Mun Law) dedicated to his memory.

Paczki–In Stages
One of my favorite parts of February is the traditional Polish paczki that accompany Mardi Gras and “Fat Tuesday.” This particular offering was full of strawberry jelly and absolutely delicious.
