Here’s a beautiful sunset we had a month or two back that I painted from a picture I took. I’m quite happy with how it turned out but not at all happy with the scan. The colors are more vibrant is some areas, and more subtle in others. I tried scanning it and photographing it but I still couldn’t really capture the color. Oh well I enjoyed painting it, very relaxing. If anyone could share any tips they’ve found to get accurate images I’d appreciate it very much.
