Sometimes I like to do something more elaborated.
latest updates: cat
A page that grew from a desire to practice zentangling and an experiment in doing it inside a pre-defined shape.
Here inking of Liza. It is hard to draw her even she may stay on the same spot for long with day dreaming look. She is the sweetest and very sensitive cat. She likes to talk and answers on every word of yours. She still runs and jumps like she use to, bumping into walls no more. Whenever I am upset she is the first to rub her head against me and lick my hand, looking into my face. Everyone loves her, us, cats, dogs and our friends. I still didn’t catch her kind expression, so more drawings of Liza to come. I used Ink and Kuretake H20.
“I taut I tow a putty tat” – color blindness test – watercolour.
1. If you see a tomcat in flower-meadow, then you are not colourblind
2. Elseif you see a pussy than, you are a male with serious problems
3. Else – you are colourblind
Waiting for the maestro. Another sketch inspired by aspects of Bonnards work as seen in a recent exhibition, particularly an interior scene, perspective, a faithful little (dachshund) dog and a cat demanding attention. It started out as a quick preliminary sketch of this idea I had for a watercolour, but I got a bit carried away drawing with my new fountain pen and eventually decided to just leave it as it is and do a separate watercolour version later on.
Sketch for a Litho!!
