Feb. 12, 2012 sketch in the middle of Kandern, Germany during Fasnacht season. This is the week everyone decorates with underwear, and I sketched it as a group of nuns walked by across the street. I sketched inside my car, as it was -15 C this morning out there.
looking out at the playground where I teach. It’s been really cold this month, and I’m not a big fan of cold. The snow is worn away by the slide, as the kids sled down it with pieces of cardboard.
