Culbertson Mansion in New Albany Indiana…some say the top floor is haunted. The Culbertson Mansion is on Main Street as the Ohio River runs parallel with it. It is also known as Mansion Row. There are so many mansions because it used to be a popular hub during the steamboat days…Pretty neat area.
