Lovecraft

I was at a conference in Providence, Rhode Island at the beginning of November which is also where the American author H.P. Lovecraft is buried. Swan Point Cemetery, where his family plot is, is an absolutely gorgeous (and huge) old place and well worth a few hours (or more) walking around in. This is a quick impression of Lovecraft’s headstone.

Apothecary

One of my favorite bars here in Morgantown (lots of microbrews and specialty beers on tap) just changed ownership (the fantastic bar tender is now co-owner along with her mom). It’s a great, low-key place and I really enjoy stopping by.

Enora

A very dear friend just delivered a healthy baby girl named Enora (meaning ‘light’) and I did this page to celebrate the arrival of the new little one.
