2010Apr 19tags: Cornish backyard | Pitt PenDid this drawing on a recent visit to my sisters place down in Cornwall, Its a view of what you would call their back yard, the back garden being further to the right of the picture. It shows the outbuildings of the house the ones in the forground are old pig styes The building behind that you can just see the roof of,was at one stage a slaughter house for the butchers shop that was built at the front of the house[to the left] My brother in law now has his blacksmiths forge in it so it has seen many uses in its time. The inside of the buildings would make great subject in themselves being full of old timber tools etc etc.My brother in law is the king of make do and mend nothing is thrown away or allowed to go to waste!

A friend gave my wife some roses weeks ago and they are still OK.It is not a classic rose shape but thats more or less what it looks like.
Title inspired by a line in a song from a 70s prog rock album can anyone guess which band and album maybe even track title?
