I saw this image in the newspaper and could not resist to draw it.
Such a beautiful light coming from behind.

It was fun to draw my own hands.
Had to pose for sometime, then stop and draw, then pose again.

This is a flower called Curcuma in portuguese.
I have a friend that has a huge bush in his backyard.
He is from India and loves curcuma as a spice.
I started the watercolor in spot but ended it with some hilights at home.

I have been just doodling for the last days.
Here is a kind of puma that exists in Brasil called onça.
It is a beautiful animal but not as big as lions and tigers.

I have a 5 years old niece. She decided to give me this teddy bear as a children’s day gift. Maybe she thinks of me as a child but I certainly could be her mother. Now I made this teddy bear drawing as a gift to her.
