Went for a long walk with my dog today. Settled under a large shady oak to paint a few simple watercolors. North Salem NY is full of beautiful open space…miles and miles of fields, ponds, hilly pastures…a favorite place for walks and sketching. Hop you enjoy this drawing…my dog loved his walk

A home in the town of Katonah, NY…a favorite place of mine. It is full of lovely houses and sidewalks to walk my dog Smudge. I did this drawing while giving a workshop so if forces me to work quickly…this is good for me, it makes me give up control =)
