I went with two friends in night-in the Louvre to draw. We settled down in the court Marly but I did not too much want to draw a sculpture in particular. Not grave, the Louvre it is also an always beautifull place. There was there a small tree…
Celebration for the chinese new year in paris. The dance of the lions who visit all the chinese shops.
I like drawning in Louvre. This time, it was Mesopotamie Art.
The Louvre is a magic place. Yesterday evening I went there and sit in the middle of Egyptian antiquities.
The place is incredible: the Pharaohs in the middle of the marble and the gilts, under painted ceilings. The light is a little sieved there, the atmosphere felted.
I opened my Moleskine and I try to draw all the windows and decoration. Everything becomes confused more or less, everything mixs, we see a shop window through the other one. I spent a nice moment, a little out of time.
I saw an exhibition of De Nittis painting and I liked it. Make this drawing with wax pastels.
First time with water-soluble wax pastels.
One of the japanese garden in Albert Kahn’s garden.
Yesterday, I went to the Louvre with two friends. We will try to go there every month to make some drawings. Here’s my first one, with a pen ball, on my new moleskine.

To Grand-Charmont where I grew up, they built many buildings in the 70s. It was necessary to accommodate the workers come work at Peugeot.
Since about twenty years, they destroy little by little these constructions, as it was the case some weeks ago.
This time, I only had the impression of a collection of diverse and varied wallpapers, but there are about twenty years, I remember having seen demolishing the building where I had always lived. It is bizarre to discover the wallpaper of my room when a partition collapses and to see it disparaitre a little time after under the knocks of the crane. It is funny also to see the apartment apparaitre like a doll’s house.
