This is the other side of the page where I smooshed the watercolor paint between the two pages. Another frog stippled with ink for my 365 days of art (this is day 144. You can follow on my blog: http://pencilshavings.typepad.com/pencil_shavings/365-days-of-art/)
Part of my 365 days of Art. This frog came after I smooshed W/C paint between the pages of my moleskine. Then it was a matter of dots, lots and lots of dots!

My continued quest for a great, simple, cat drawing. Also my submission for my 365 Days of Art (you can follow here: http://pencilshavings.typepad.com/pencil_shavings/365-days-of-art/)
My sleeping kitty, Kya. I’m hooked on cats a bit right now. This was day 141 of the 365 Days of Art.
You can see the other work on my blog: http://pencilshavings.typepad.com/pencil_shavings/2009/12/365-days-of-art-day-141-nap-attack.html
Cat’s have been on my mind lately. This cat was done with graphite powder again and my eraser and a 4B pencil.
I’ve been experimenting with graphite powder as part of my 365 days of art ( http://pencilshavings.typepad.com ) this time I coated the page of my moleskine and subtracted what I didn’t want.
This was done with graphite powder. It’s part of some dream images I had and one of my 365 days of Art (http://pencilshavings.typepad.com) it feels more like painting than drawing.
Day 133 of the 365 Days of art (http://pencilshavings.typepad.com) Looking for a figure to study for the day I came across a different type of figure.
365 Days of Art – Day 36. Graphite.
Sketching Animals at the zoo (it’s a lot harder than I thought it would be!) – here’s the blog post about my project.
This is Day 17 of my 365 Days of Art Challenge (here is the blog about the 365: http://pencilshavings.typepad.com/pencil_shavings/2009/06/365-days-of-art.html) bluebird in pencil.
