when I was a child I thought the queen was a bit like Mary, mother of Jesus and that she had super powers to save children and take care of them, I was a particularly delusional child!

We Are Stardust, Watercolours , collage, pen and ink. Mothers dancing at a family get-together. There is something deeply moving about watching people you love lose themselves in the moment.

My two maiden aunts, they both married really late but liked nothing better than sitting on a couch watching tv, hence the one on the right’s feet have withered in her tights.
