this was a sign on the door of a car park attendants office, i assume its encouraging people to pay whilst the car park is unattended, i thought this was quite funny. anyway Im currently looking at how text is used in art, specifically found text. Im interested in how an artistic context can be placed on a piece of found text, whether it is the act of putting it in a painting or drawing or pasting it on a gallery wall that attaches the artistic value, or indeed if it attaches any value at all. Id be really interested to hear peoples opinions about this
