Watercolor crayon, watercolor and brush pen in a large watercolor moleskine
This was done from the top of a hill overlooking Lake Poway in San Diego, California. Ink with watercolor in a watercolor moleskine.
A few years ago I met 2 strangers on the internet. One of them was Stephen Sloan who is an artist, book binder, street performer and an eraser carver. He has inspired me in so many ways. I finally tried my own stamp carvings when making a gift for a friend. This is a “test page” testing 4 stamps of crows I made during the last week. It’s getting easier with the right tools and lots of practice. Oh, the other stranger I met was Rachel Kopel my art buddy, book maker and mail artist. Thanks guys!!
I like getting my fresh flowers at the farmers market because they are very inexpensive and you get big bundles! This was a vendor selling succulents.
