Festival of Sail is the LARGEST Tall Ship festival on the west coast and is hosted at the Maritime Museum of San Diego. A friend of mine came down from Los Angeles and while we sat at the Oceanside Marina I drew these birds sitting on the beach. Mostly pigeons. They were drawn with fountain pen on craft paper in a moleskine sketchbook.
