At the airport. Fly back home from Chicago.
Ink drawing in the Pittsburgh airport. Trying to look for interesting people. I am taking a break from my peppers until they dry out substantially so I thought I would post a few older sketches.
Pencil sketch while flying. I was going to submit this to IF…but had problems posting to their site.
Color version of the pencil drawing. so amazing to watch the color changes in this pepper as it hangs and dries.
Banana pepper study… this one is interesting how it is keeping its shape. The subtle changes in color is very cool. Yellowish pepper with orange red streaks. Dark greenn yellow shadows. Whithering skin.
Here is the full color drawing of the two peppers. I don’t believe I’ve exhausted their use. I am watching them whither and dry (the change in color is amazing). I can see a least one or two more drawings from them before I crush them and use them for seasoning.
Pencil and Graphite – study for my Two Peppers
The same pepper, rotated.
Orange Pepper: pencil, graphite, prismacolor, ink.
