I was just having fun with this ink drawing and wanted to try my hand at digital coloring. So the drawing was done in ink in a Moleskine and then colored in photoshop. I like fall and I miss the colors of maple trees. I was especially pleased with the color of the sky, it’s a kind of melancholy blue that was just a happy mistake.

This is just a study I did of the skull and it’s shape to better understand the underlying structure that gives the head and face it’s overall appearance. I figured I would start from the bottom and work my way up through muscle and skin. I appologieze for the proportions being a bit off. –Large Moleskine, Copic ink-pen size 0.03
