is the name of a typical restaurant in Lyon (called : Bouchon)
it came from the name given to the chicken in the region of Bresse.
very cosy and warm restaurant

Sol café, rue du boeuf, Lyon.
i’m sorry but my diners at Lyon are made alone, so i take my moleskine out of my pocket and i start to draw, to forget my sweet hart is faraway…
once i’ve finished to eat and to draw, i came back in the same restaurant and show this drawing to the waitress. she told me it was pretty. she asked me if i made paintings. i say no. she told me that it was still pretty and it’s better than a photography. she add that my small moleskine looks like indiana Jones note book.
i was feeling very happy
