A lot of cats lives in the tokyo city. Indoor and Outdoor. I found the their house on the street at Yanaka where is close to Ueno. Almost all cats slept comfortable.

Yanaka is such a cat town. Many cat art galleries are there and I see many cats when I walk there. Probably these homeless cats are very well taken care of by the local people who love cats. Yanaka is such a charming neighborhood. I love it!

Japan is the morning time now. Yes, you’re right. Some Yanaka people helps homeless cats. Homeless cats, in japanese, “NORANEKO”. NORA means field. NEKO means cats.
They are not homeless. The town is their home.

Thanks for telling me about the word “noraneko”. I have never heard “nora” used with “neko” before! I learned something new and I will use it in Kyoto when I am there in November.
