Great drawing, the lines are fabulous. It’s really great viewed large. Why is the sketchbook paper so cruddy?

The sketchbook paper is cruddy, because I usually buy the moleskines that don’t absorb the ink very well…yet, I prefer it because I like the way the pen slides across the paper…
