What a wonderfully expressive drawing, Susan. Whenever I see stuff about Salt Lake I imagine that it is very flat – probably as a result of its name. Your mountains, adjacent to the building disprove this. Come to think of, didn’t one of the aircraft, in the “airplane series” of films just miss mountains trying to land at Salt Lake? Thanks for posting this. Your variety of line is just great.
Thank you, Bob. Salt Lake City is in a valley surrounded by mountains. Apparently the Great Salt Lake once filled the entire bowl of the valley. It’s a beautiful location and a clean, lovely city.
Also Bob, Utah has beautiful red rocks and canyons, really great color…It seems you always hit a homerun susan with things that are large and complex like a whole area of buildings. I remember that album cover you did, I remember it well because I really liked it. When I was a kid they didn’t sell Nyquil because all of the teenagers would drink it. But gorgeous scenery.
Thank you, Pinkjasper. I was hoping to have the time to make it down to the southern part of Utah to see Monument Valley and the rock formations. I was in SLC for work and there was no time. Nyquil? You lost me on that one.
