I like it. The one point i see is the nose: Observe the bone structure a little more. It seems like it goes straight down from the forehead to the nostrils. A nose has soft and hard spots.
Anpther thing would be the shadows: Yo have to know where the edges are hard and soft:
Cast Shadows are always hard, That means the shadow that the nose is casting on the left cheek would be h a r d.
Form Shadows are mostly soft, because the light gets less intense as the form turns away from it. This would be on the left side, where the cheek is turning. Look at life and observe the shadows and you’ll learn it quickly.
