This is window sherbet or “ais tingkap” in the Malaysian language. I was introduced to this special dessert by an English traveler in the guesthouse when I was in Penang who came across the stall by chance. I have to tell you I think there are thousands of people who would LOVE to be able to do a journal with drawings like these. This is REALLY fun and I’m sure you enjoy the process. It’s one of the cooler things I’ve seen in a long time.
