  Another happy accident that this came through. None of the subsequent ones did. Anyhow, I do a lot of these and we have the most gorgeous wildflowers here, mountain meadows and roadsides filled with them. These would be mainly seen along roadsides, the poppies appear in early May and bloom all through the summer, and the bachelor buttons appear June through July.

  What a fantastic study. I’ve sent you a link, in your previous post, about our late departed friend who was a botanical artist. Hope you manage to access it. This lovely painting very much reminds me of Della’s work.
