Kowrenne, or Cowrunning, a local game organized in my town Hoensbroek. It’s part of the local Carnaval traditions. 8 groups each build and dress up a wood&paper cow, and on Thursday evening several races are organized on the local marketplace. And yes, my group (the Föhners) won the first prize; we are proud to be the fastest cow around. http://renefijten.blogspot.com/

Yes, it’s really great fun to do, it was already the 12th year our group ran. And I was in the back. The frontrunner was a lot faster then me, he just pulled me along.
