do you do all of this on site – right there on the sidewalk? I am thinking you do all the pencil work on site, then the ink later. Even the pencil work would take me over an hour. So amazing. Great work.
Like many other of your commentators, this is a good piece of work … nice perspective, economy of detail, interesting shading. To add to Margie’s questions, I’d wonder how long it would take you to compose this sketch.
Hats off!
It took about 20 minutes to pencil sketch this on sight (this is the tourist-friendly area of downtown). I have a tendency to want to move on quickly. You never know what you might miss if you stay on one sketch from beginning to end. Besides, it’s fun to explore new places. Thank you for the comments!
