I recognise this landmark. A very good painting. As to the rain – you will not believe this but we have vivited Ireland many times and have had only one small rainy shower. I think the Irish Tourist Board should pay us to stay over there.

I’ve been a couple of times in Ireland, Robert. First time was september, and the sun shone all the time, except one day. Second time was in august, two years ago (when I did this painting). I was there for two weeks. First week it rained all the time, but second week it was sunny again…except when it rained, of course…
Well, I’m spanish. It’s very sunny, here, in summer (now it’s snowing). A rainy week in august is to much rain for me!!!

Beautiful watercolor! Would like to see more of those green isles. They need all that rain to stay so green.
