so beautiful! I love curls, tendrils, twists, and S-shapes… this brings them all together and includes patterns! What a great motif this would make for all kinds of things from packaging to home decor. And its perfect just as is: in your Moleskine and here for all of us to see.
Cannot argue with the previous sentiments. The illustration is, as usual, superb! I have just realised, however, that I put the lawnmower away, in the Autumn, without draining the oil and petrol so there will be a tense moment when/if the spring comes to see if the thing works.
Thank you, Margie and Quickdrawl. It’s always interesting to read people’s takes on what they see.
Thank you, Bob. Is it too late to winterize now? Take it out for a spin maybe?

I like this, it’s almost art nouveau-esque

Bob, if you do take the mower for a spin in the snow, as Susan suggests, I recommend *not* wearing your kilt.

Wow Susan, this is remarkable. I love how you did the background to accentuate the foreground’s details.

I keep expecting to see a snake woven between the blades of grass.

Robert,
Are we supposed to drain the oil on our mowers for the winter? The things you learn on this site.
