We stayed here for 4 nights as an experiment. Although the room was terrific, the hotel was much too grand for our tastes and the neighborhood a little too quiet. Lots of interesting architectural styles in this neighborhood though.

I agree with Susan about the perspective. Many people forget that the perspective in buildings causes a tapering upwards effect (I believe its the third point perspective) so their structures look top heavy. You seem to have managed not to fall into this trap. Well done!
