The ravine behind my childhood home. My son and I went there to draw for one of his high school art class assignments. I spent some excellent time here when I was a kid. There used to be a rope swing here and a rope bridge. In this litigious world we live in now such things cannot exist. My dachshund, “Rumpy”, and I loved this place.

Very expressive, Marty! You should post the kid’s drawing next to yours.

Wonderful! Yes, I vote to see your son’s drawings also. Rumpy…what a great name!

Thank you all very kindly. I will look for Josef’s drawing this week, over the holidays.
Rumpy is short for Rumplestiltzkin Fritz Harris.
Huge fan of ink, too. I love most any drawing in brush and ink. I’m so easy. Thanks to you too, renefijten.
