  These poor students look bored. You must find something other than reading for them. How about, since it is the Christmas season, making models of the stars which guide the wise men. I made a couple last year – see http://www.flickr.com/photos/28475994@N00/3083243664/

  Once they have made these they will be so proud – and you will have had a nervous collapse trying to stick all of their edges in place
