Sitzenkirch. Parent – teacher conferences today, so I had a break and did a sketch of Guesthouse Engel just down the road, then added color when I got home. A great place to eat wild boar if you’re so inclined.

Nice !
May I ask what kind of pen(cil) you use ?

Thanks. I usually do a rough sketch with an H4 pencil, then go to a .3 micro pen, then just add watercolor. I’d like to do away with the pen altogether eventually.

After a helo flight, a boat trip and a subway ride this looks like the perfect place to end up !

Nice sketch Rob. Don’t be so quick to discard pen, I find that the size of the Moleskine books need inklines to keep the colour in place. Or are you of a different opinion?

Thanks all. Maybe you’re right, Rene. I guess I need to play around with it some.
