Just an old piece of fence and some shrubs at the side of the road. Spotted during a walk in yesterday’s snow. The hills beyond were fading in and out of vision as the snow fell.

I don’t know if you could learn too much from this but, in case you are interested, I started by spraying a diluted amount of frisket through a mesh by blowing through a straw. This was for the falling snowflakes. Then it was a case of applying a few grey washes for the bulk of the scene. The plants were the last to go in. I only used three colours – Ultramarine Blue, Burnt Sienna and Yellow Ochre. Seems to have worked and I just might try this again
