Aberlady Church, East Lothian from Craigielaw Golf Course – Watercolour
I have driven past this old church many times but have always viewed it from the road which passes on the far side of this scene. During a round of golf, on Wednesday, I was delighted to get a different perspective of the structure which prompted this quick painting.

Thank you for the kind comments, Tais. One thing, about posting stuff on Skineart, is that it has encouraged me to draw/paint regularly. I try to produce at least three of these every week and this builds up my confidence and teaches me lots of things. I do not consider myself an artist but I get a great amount of pleasure creating these small scenes. Persevere and its amazing how you will enjoy success.
