Snowy Mountains – Pencil and ink
Another attempt to get some contrast between dark and light. The inks used were grey and black.
This is Coire Mhie Fearchair AKA as the Triple Buttress Corrie. (Coire/Corrie is the Gaelic name for a round hollow or depression). It is situated in the north, west highland area of our country slightly further north and opposite the Isle of Skye but on the Scottish mainland. You can find it, on the map, by looking for Beinn Eighe in the Torridon area. This place is very popular with climbers offering a range of climbs of varying degrees of difficulty. This scene is copied from an old photo of mine from my (much) younger days.
