Sketching on the NY Subway with Palomino Balckwing 602.
I always want to do this (I live in NYC too) and I’m wondering, how often do people object or show any concern about it? Can you get comfortable after a time?
Sophie, I am aso exited to draw there, that its prevail all other emotions. I sit on the corner seat (more privacy), I avoid eye contact, I usually use black sketchbook, I feel invisible. If people noticed, I switch my stare, or pretend that I am writing, not drawing, I make harmless faces, a bit grumpy, you don’t want to talk to that faces. I am a good actress. So it is totally possible. Try it. May be we can get together and sketch together?
I think it would be fun, I’m not sure you can just hit reply to emails out of here. Email me and then I will get you my phone. email@example.com
Cool, Sophie! I will, just after I’ll be back from the hospital for my friend .:-)
