WOW,Great color… Such a nice relaxed and natural pose….The church looks amazing, I like how it extends onto the top page!!

The church is called the New Church even though it was built in 14th century, “just” one century after the Old Church, the tower of which sunk and is now a tourist attraction as “lining tower of Delft”. They probably thought it would fall and decided to build the new one. However both survived to this day.
BTW the tower in my pic is also depicted in famous “View of Delft” by Vermeer – just when he did it – it was a couple of meters shorter as they did increased the height of the tower afterwards and added the spear. If I recall well it is like 109 m tall (probably w/o spear) and is always competing with Utrecht as which would be the tallest in the Netherlands… They keep adding longer spears
